WordPress is my favorite tool for publishing on the Web. Right out-of-the-box WordPress has all the features you need to make really interesting and appealing web sites. But WordPress doesn’t stop at being a mere blogging platform. It allows us to endlessly modify its inner workings with little bits of code, called Plugins.
Plugins, sometimes spelled as plug-ins, can be built to modify or enhance any feature of a blog or web site. Plugins can help you make beautiful photo galleries in a snap, help you to connect with your gang via social networks, or even make the admin area of your blog more useful.
For the plugins that I’ve reviewed or discussed, check the category page for plugins.
Plugins
Here’s a list of plugins that I’ve published, created or modified to suit my purposes. As time goes on the list will be getting longer, so check back often.

A great book helped me get started with plugins, WordPress Plugin Development (Beginner’s Guide). Of course, you can get a lot of info from the codex site for plugin resources.
